■ 概要
CAX42 4X压力平衡打孔阀芯双导向单座笼式控制阀采用套筒及阀座大面积双导向结构,完全可抵消流体侧向偏置力对阀内件的扭转破坏,动态运行稳定可靠。多孔阀芯设计在通过节流面与密封面分离,保护密封面不受流体过度冲蚀的同时,与套筒相配合又起到了防闪蒸、抗空化、降噪音(5~10dBA)的作用。尤其是具有使作用在阀芯上的流体压力平衡的结构,只须用较小的操作力便可达到极其稳定的调节目的。
单凡尔线密封结构与各种高性能复合及金属压力平衡复合密封环相结合,又使其具有优良的密封性能。
